Amanda received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Physiology and Chemistry from the San Francisco State University. She then graduated from West Los Angeles College with dual degree in Dental Hygiene and an Emphasis in Health Professions. She was one of the highest awarded student in her class.
After passing the National Board in Dental Hygiene and the California State Board Exams, she begun providing dental hygiene services at our offices. Amanda recently became an adjunct faculty member at West Los Angeles College in theDepartment of Dental Hygiene teaching both didactic and clinical courses. During summer, she is a lecturer at the UCLA School of Dentistry in the Section of Periodontics teaching non-surgical periodontal therapy techniques to 2nd year doctoral students.
Amanda is a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association, the California Dental Hygienists’ Association, the Los Angeles Dental Hygienist’ Association and the Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Hygiene Honor Society.
In her spare time, Amanda enjoys running and has completed over 30 half and full marathons.
